DAY CENTRE
C lementina Day Centre (CIC) operates for public benefit and all our projects and services are designed, developed and built to support the needs of those living with dementia and their families.
We are committed to providing people a fun, safe and engaging environment where day centre members can participate in activities and socialise with their peers. Our mission is to provide day centre members with; a person centred environment that is responsive to individual needs and interests, assistance to retain skills and abilities, assistance to build on confidence and self-esteem, assistance to promote and maintain the ability to socialise and reduce isolation.
Clementina Day Centre's provide an environment which encourages:

Our Day Centre also provides:
Meals

Breakfast with tea and coffee

Two course hot cooked lunch, to meet dietary requirements

Hot and cold drinks and biscuits are available throughout the day
Assistance with transport
Our staff can make a referral on your behalf for transport to and from the day centre.

Assistance meeting personal care needs

Accessible buildings and toilet facilities

Our staff will assist where possible with any concerns you may have about managing at home.

Our staff can assist the day centre members and their families with signposting to relevant services and organisations

FREE Taster Session
Prospective day centre members can attend a FREE taster session to see what goes on at the day centre and meet staff and our members. Family members are welcome to attend taster sessions.
Following the taster session if attendees would like to sign up to become a day centre members, we undertake home based initial assessments, to see how we can best support members at the day centre.

Transport
Clementina staff can make a referrals for Ealing Community Transport to provide transport to and from the day centre.

Fees
Daily Fees to attend the day centre which include breakfast, two course lunch and activities.
Daily fee £65.00 per day including transport
Referrals
We receive and accept referrals from:
